WorkWell Co. was founded from a simple observation: many businesses are working hard, but without the structure needed to grow sustainably.
We've spent years working within businesses and alongside founders, particularly in Haiti, where operational challenges are often more complex and resources more limited. We've seen firsthand how quickly things begin to break down — not because of a lack of ideas or ambition, but because the systems behind the work aren't strong enough. Without clear structures, businesses struggle to maintain consistency, access funding, or build something that can grow beyond the day-to-day.
As a women-led and women-owned private consulting firm, we bring a grounded, practical perspective shaped by experience and a deep understanding of how businesses actually function.
